Please read the following Terms & Conditions before ordering

Use of Photography

• I reserve copyright and ownership of all original images. This extends to the use of the images ordered in my own promotion. Some of your images or images of your child may be selected to appear on my brochure or website. When ordering your print, please mention if you DO NOT agreed for me to use your image or the image of your child.

Booking

• A deposit of 50% of the fee must be paid prior to the session in order to secure your date.
• You can reschedule up to 7 days prior to your shoot if required due to illness or other reason.
• Session fees are refundable up to one calendar month before your session date, after this time it becomes non-refundable but transferable should you wish to change the date.
• Payment can be made by cheque, PayPal or balance transfer.

Prints & product purchasing

• Prints and products are available to purchase after your photo session. The prices are in addition to the session fee.
• Refunds are only available if your prints or other goods are damaged or if your order has been processed incorrectly.
• Once placed your order cannot be cancelled.
